Initiating a Mediation
- Parties wishing to initiate a Mediation with JWA should submit their pleadings. Once received, the Case Administrator will contact the parties regarding the details of the Mediation.
- The parties may agree to a Mediator or JWA will select a Mediator.
- If the case is currently in Arbitration with JWA, a Mediator will be selected who is not the Arbitrator in the case.
- All of our Mediators are billed at $650.00 for a half-day mediation and $1300.00 for a full day mediation.
